Modular Day Care Center in the Factory

The benefits of modular building can be exploited beyond the single family home. Currently being constructed in a factory in Pennsylvania, our modular Child Care Center for CUNY Lehman College in the Bronx demonstrates the advantages of industrialized building in a non-residential context. The modules are fabricated at the factory at the same time as foundations are being laid at the site. For a busy urban campus, minimizing disruption is key -- the building modules, once complete, will be transported and installed on site within a week.
